Today is the once-every-four-years-phenomenon day.

I read up somewhere is yahoo that actually one year is actually 365.25 days instead of just 365. So every four years we add an extra day to make it in line with the spinning of the earth. Apparently, this date format was thought up by that Roman King called Julius Caesar.
So bascially that sums up the history of leap years.

In all randomness, i'm want catch the 'Leap Year' movie some day. It's kind of dumb but i'm curious how the plot goes and would it have that happy ever after ending like in most movies do. Okay, that besides the point.

My understanding on the concept of electric field is not improving although we have one extra day of the year technically.

Who seriously cares about point charges?
