So Orientation is over.
I'm really glad that I couldn't quit being an OGL. In retropect, that was one of the best enforced decisions made on me. Everything i experience during this process cannot be describe in words. To say that it was 'fabulous' would be an insult.
My OG turned out quite alright after all. It was really scary after day one because they were like not enthu totally. Maybe becuase it's day one. Maybe because we OGL weren't doing our job up to standard.
Day 2 didn't interact with them at all due to my role being a MMM game IC. It was hot standing in the place where i was situated but it was fun. Played a lot of random board games while waiting for the people to arrive at my station.
Discussing our plot for the mascot parade at burger after that was really hilarious. Somethings shouldn't be made known but believe me, it was really funny. Everyone laugh till stomachache most of the time. I think it's moments like this that makes being an OGL more fun.
Day 3 needless to say was the best out of all the days. My OG was super enthu. They enjoyed wet and wild a lot. Got thrown water bombs and dunked by pails of water a lot of times. I got completly soaked wet.
In my opinion, it was a good thing that it rained yesterday night. I don't think the effects of all the cheering and mass dance would be that great in the parade square. To see my OG dancing and shouting at the top of their voices was really encouraging to the heart. I beleive htey bonded quite well.
It was mac's after that before we departed home.
It's now back to reality.
Today i met my class for the first time. But sad to say, the impression i got was that they class is very un-united. Everyone is doing their own stuff. Not like in the past when we would sit as a class and do everything was a class. Sadly, that the past. They are all memories now.
I'm very tempted to say my class sucks a lot but i'll hold my tongue. I hope that at the end of the two years, i'll be able to say i'm proud of it.
But i still have to question why in this class when i got A1 for science and maths with an A2 for additional maths.
It's so unfair when my friend's friend do combine science and get into S203.
Sigh. Life is never fair.
To each his own.
